Police in Isaan Thailand seek for man allegedly caught skinning a cat

Villagers within the Isaan province Udon Thani are being suggested to take care of their pets after a girl mentioned she came across a man skinning a cat outdoors a nearby temple. The man fled, leaving solely the cat pores and skin on the scene. Police are now searching for the person.
The village chief spoke with Thai media concerning the incident, saying there had been no other cases like this in the community before. Mold says all residents have been warned to care for their pets, including that officers are working on tracking down the man.
Apparently, the villager saw the person eradicating the cat’s skin and hanging its meat on a nearby tree. When she approached him, she says the person dared her to make a report again to the police. She says the person seemed to be about forty five to 50 years old, and he wasn’t a resident of the group.
There was a hearsay that in some components of Thailand, significantly in the Isaan provinces, some people cat or dog meat for special events. However, many people from the northeastern area have come out insisting that it isn’t a particular dish for them, especially the new technology.
