Partners set to scale access to solar-powered irrigation options in Senegal

Following a profitable pilot venture, InfraCo Africa, part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), has signed a Shareholders’ Agreement and a Loan Agreement with Bonergie Irrigation SAS (Bonergie Irrigation) to continue supporting the scale up of the challenge.
Under the brand new agreements, InfraCo Africa will maintain a large minority shareholding in Bonergie Irrigation, committing a further US$2.four million to substantially scale up farmers’ entry to high quality irrigation solutions in Senegal.
